We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic/Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a serene and welcoming environment for our clients. Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the clinic, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee inventory and supplies management.
• Manage customer satisfaction and retention.
• Handle scheduling of appointments and staff shifts to optimize service delivery.
• Maintain accurate financial transactions.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote spa services and attract new clients.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance client satisfaction.

Skills

• Strong management skills with experience in store management or similar roles.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial oversight within a retail or service environment.
• Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with inventory management practices to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Bilingual skills are a plus to cater to a diverse clientele.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members while fostering a positive work environment.
