Oversees financial accounting and reporting activities for all grants and contracts including federal, state, local, and ad hoc reports. Ensures that existing procedures and controls are adequate to provide compliance with financial terms, conditions, and reporting requirements of externally awarded programs and initiatives. Reviews, advises, and educates end users of regulatory financial and other compliance requirements, changes and/or updates of grants and contracts. Evaluates and address ACD’s ability to fulfill requirements to secure future awards. Maintains oversight of grants and contracts accounting cycle to sustain the accuracy of
financial records and timely reporting. Supervises grants accounting staff.
Reports to the Department of Finance and Fiscal Services.
