You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee the installation of window films according to project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Monitor project progress, address issues promptly, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and provide guidance to installation teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks effectively.
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress, provide feedback, and resolve any challenges that may arise.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all installations meet company standards and customer expectations for quality, durability, and aesthetics.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout the installation process to identify and address any deficiencies.
Customer Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients during the installation process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients through clear communication and professional conduct.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage project budgets, including materials, labor costs, and other expenses, to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for installations.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of project details, including timelines, expenses, and client communications.
- Generate reports on project status, budget variance, and other relevant metrics for management review.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management within the construction or related industry, with specific experience in window film installation preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices related to construction and installation work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
- Comfort working at heights and in various weather conditions.
Working Conditions:
- Work primarily takes place on construction sites and client properties, requiring travel and occasional irregular hours to accommodate project needs. As well as daily commutes to Orland Park office location to gather material & supplies for jobs as needed.
