Job Summary

  • We are seeking an aggressive and result driven Field Sales Manager to promote our products / services to new and existing customers in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Achieve sales targets bu identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and promoting our product / services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and develop territory plan to ensure adequate coverage of all customers and prospects.
  • Stay up to date with product features, benefits and applications to communicate with customers effectively.
  • Provide regular sales reports including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer feedback.
  • Requirements

  • B.Sc / OND degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in FMCG
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
