About Us:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive digital marketing initiatives that improve our website, SEO, lead generation, and overall marketing ROI.
This role will be focused on supporting digital marketing strategies to improve visibility and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Overhaul and optimize our corporate website content and web design for SEO, conversion optimization, and user engagement.
- Improve search engine rankings (SEO) by refining content, metadata, site structure, and backlinking strategies.
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy including blog posts, newsletters, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
- Implement and track lead generation campaigns using PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Analyze marketing data and ROI to measure campaign effectiveness and drive strategic improvements.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners to execute digital marketing initiatives efficiently.
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Webflow proficiency required, including familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Proven ability to improve web platforms based on data and user feedback.
- Experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush) and digital marketing tactics.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator).
- Ability to analyze marketing ROI, lead generation performance, and conversion metrics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with PPC campaigns, LinkedIn Ads, and B2B marketing automation.
- Experience with multimedia tools (video editing, motion graphics, and content creation).
- Experience with A/B testing and iterative updates based on performance, preferred but not required.
- Experience with paid ads and lead generation (UTM tracking and conversion funnel analysis, etc.), preferred but not required.
