About The Opportunity

As we continue to enhance our platform and user experience, we're seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Product Manager to drive the development and evolution of our telehealth solutions. You will play a key role in defining and executing product strategies, collaborating across teams, and bringing innovative healthcare solutions to life. This is a full-time hybrid position based in our NYC office, reporting to the Product Lead.

Your day-to-day

Product Development & Strategy

• Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and requirements
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Prioritize features based on data-driven insights and business impact
• Monitor and report on product performance metrics
  
  

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams
• Participate in user feedback sessions and team meetings
• Support product launch coordination and analysis
• Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders
  
  

Documentation & Analysis

• Prepare and maintain product documentation
• Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
• Analyze user feedback and engagement metrics
• Generate insights for product iteration and improvement
  
  

What You Bring

Must-Haves

• 3 years of experience in product management or related role
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
• Familiarity with agile product development processes and tools (JIRA)
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Self-starter mentality with proven ability to execute under guidance
  
  

Should-Haves

• Experience with user research methods
• Familiarity with basic UX/UI principles
• Prior experience in a startup environment
• Track record of successful product launches
  
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in healthcare or digital health
• Knowledge of healthcare technology landscape
• Experience with healthcare compliance requirements

Compensation

• The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 annually
• We have a market-based compensation structure. The salary for this position may vary based on a candidate's experience, industry expertise, technical skills, and location
