I.T. Service Desk Analyst
One of the largest commercial property management firms is seeking a Temporary I.T. Service Desk Analyst to support their Windows 11 rollout project over the next 3 months .
This interesting role involves working with a collaborative team, providing outstanding customer service and I.T. support to their employees, troubleshooting audio-visual equipment, and imaging new laptops.
Qualifications :
- Experience with Windows 11 rollout using Autopilot.
- Proficiency in System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune.
- AV support experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
