In this position, you’ll assist the administrative team (an Executive Assistant and Operations Manager) with reception, office services assistance, and internal coordination. Your duties may also include day-to-day operational tasks such as print production, maintaining office supplies inventory, and responding to client inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with an "eagle eye" for spelling, grammar, and consistency
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally
