Job Description

  • Manage a caseload of workers' compensation cases, ensuring timely progress and resolution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and updated throughout the case process.
  • Communicate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties to gather necessary documentation.
  • Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
  • Assist attorneys with case preparation, including scheduling hearings, depositions, and appointments.
  • Draft correspondence and legal documents as directed by attorneys.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience on the applicant side in workers' compensation
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
