Job Title : Family Medicine Outpatient Physician (No OB)

Location : Lubbock, TX

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Base Compensation : $240,000
  • Earning Potential : $350,000
  • Stipend for Residents : $2,000 per month while in residency – a unique opportunity to ease the transition to practice!
  • Sign-On Bonus : $50,000
  • Loan Repayment Assistance : Provided
  • Relocation Assistance : Provided
  • Income Guarantee : First 2 years with RVU incentives available

    • Practice Details :

  • Clinic Hours : 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Patient Volume : 18-20 patients per day
  • Electronic Medical Records : EPIC
  • Scope of Practice : Outpatient only, no OB

    • Role Responsibilities :

    As a Family Medicine Outpatient Physician, you will :

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to address the medical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists and support staff, to ensure seamless and holistic patient care.
  • Utilize EPIC EMR to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to quality care, patient satisfaction, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.
