Job Description
Provide legal and administrative support to attorneys in the redevelopment practice.
Draft, review, and maintain redevelopment agreements, ensuring compliance with deadlines and legal requirements.
Prepare resolutions and other legal documents related to redevelopment projects.
Manage escrow accounts, tracking deposits, disbursements, and financial compliance.
Conduct legal research on redevelopment laws, municipal regulations, and land use policies.
Coordinate with attorneys, developers, municipal agencies, and financial institutions to facilitate agreements and transactions.
Monitor key deadlines, payment schedules, and project compliance.
Qualifications
Paralegal Certificate or 5 years of experience as a paralegal.
Experience managing legal agreements, deadlines, and escrow accounts is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
