- Handle all aspects of Fuel Tax reporting including maintain records, prepare reports regarding quantity and value of fuel purchased, received, stored and used.
- Maintain records for mileage on all vehicles.
- Timely licensing for all company vehicles.
- Cross train with HR on recruiting and onboarding.
- Help with job orientations.
- Helping with other departments as needed.
- Proficient in online data entry and Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong skills in Excel and Word required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Time management skills and the ability to coordinate with other departments.
- Willing to Travel.
