We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities:
- Manage projects that include Asphalt paving, storm, sewer, excavation, concrete flatwork and structural, foundation drilling, and bridge work.
- Assist with both Commercial, municipal and DOT projects in OH and WV
- Maintain relationships with owners, engineers, architects, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Monitor project schedules and track job costs.
- Basic knowledge of estimating, plans, specifications, scope of work, shop drawings, project submittals, purchase orders, and change orders.
- Coordination with project leadership including management of manpower, equipment, and materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in construction management software such as B2W, Pro Core, Prolog, and Heavy Bid
- Plan reading, construction estimating, and project scheduling
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of civil engineering software such as Bluebeam, CAD and Trimble Business Center is a plus
