Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our team in managing and coordinating projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents, and possess a strong understanding of construction methods and techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management and at least 5 years of experience in construction management. Knowledge of CAD, MS Project, Adobe, and Bluebeam is required, as well as estimating experience and a working understanding of construction means, methods, and techniques.
