JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the Digital Strategist you will manage the execution of individual fundraising campaigns across multiple digital channels, analyze campaign results, and develop strategic recommendations to meet fundraising targets. You will also oversee the end-to-end management of digital campaigns, including email list hygiene, growth, segmentation, and A/B testing. Responsibilities & Activities
- Manages the execution of individual fundraising campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Analyzes digital campaign fundraising results and develop insights.
- Makes strategic recommendations to help reach fundraising targets.
- Manages digital campaigns from inception to completion.
- Oversees email list hygiene, growth, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and professional output.
- Stays updated with digital engagement and marketing best practices.
- Additional responsibilities as required to ensure the team's success.
Education
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, business analytics, or business management.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing or strategy.
- Previous experience with digital fundraising/nonprofit campaigns is helpful.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Fundamental understanding of digital engagement, marketing, and fundraising principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with digital campaign analytics and performance metrics.
- Experience with ECRM platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and develop insights.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans and make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
