Duties
- Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces.
- Utilize power tools effectively to remove old paint and prepare surfaces.
- Assist in the application of airless paint spraying techniques.
- Buff surfaces to achieve a smooth finish prior to painting.
- Collaborate with the auto body repair team to ensure all repairs are completed before painting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform minor repairs on auto glass as needed.
- Apply mechanical knowledge to assist with vehicle preparation tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience in auto painting or as a Paint Prepper is preferred.
- Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation is essential.
- Knowledge of auto body repair techniques is highly desirable.
- Experience with buffing and detailing vehicles will be beneficial.
- Background in working at a dealership or mechanic shop is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Pay: $20.50 - $23.00 per hour
