- Assist the Resident Engineer in daily duties- take meeting minutes, daily inspections, daily reports.
- Prepare Site Visit Reports: Your observations will shape the course of hospital projects.
- Bid Phase Collaboration: Collaborate with contractors during the bid phase to ensure design integrity.
- Field Verification: Assess existing systems for renovation projects, providing essential data.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Position Requirements:
To succeed in this impactful role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Experience in Construction Projects: Minimum 6 years experience in construction projects is highly valued.
