- Assist the Resident Engineer in daily duties- take meeting minutes, daily inspections, daily reports.
- Prepare Site Visit Reports: Your observations will shape the course of hospital projects.
- Bid Phase Collaboration: Collaborate with contractors during the bid phase to ensure design integrity.
- Field Verification: Assess existing systems for renovation projects, providing essential data.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Position Requirements:
To succeed in this impactful role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Experience in Construction Projects: Prior supervision experience at least 4 yrs in construction projects is highly valued.
- Ability to Read Plans and Specifications.
- Ability to Read Construction Schedules.
- Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills: Your ability to coordinate and communicate effectively is essential.
- Proactive and Collaborative Team Member: We thrive on teamwork and innovation, and we need you to be an active part of it.
- Maintain Daily Construction Reports
- Bachelor’s Degree: Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture from and accredited University.
