Base Salary - $325,000 - $450,000 Bonus and Carried Interest component
This position will be within the Investment and Growth Fund group.
As a Principal, you will play a key role in evaluating and managing private investments and external fund commitments. Your activities include identifying, screening, diligence, and supporting the execution of new investments, ongoing monitoring of existing investments, participating in various projects, and staying abreast of trends in the private market. You will also be involved in origination and share sourcing
Growth Fund
- Tap into personal and professional network to contribute to fundraising efforts
- Support and validate fundraising materials and associated data for prospective LPs
Qualifications:
- 10 years senior-level experience sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities at a top-tier Venture Capital or Growth Equity firm
- Proven track record of sourcing, structuring, evaluating, closing and exiting on successful investments
- Meaningful and broad existing connections within the venture capital and early-stage startup ecosystem
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand business models
- Exemplary interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Deep passion for technology, investing, startups, and entrepreneurship
