What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking CNC Machine Operators in the Los Angeles, CA area who are team players with excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, and willing to work collaboratively with our team. Maintaining accuracy and consistency in workmanship is key.
The Ideal Candidate:
If you are a team player with a keen eye for detail, you are set for success in this role. Your ability to follow tasks and adhere to protocols will be highly valued. As this role is in a manufacturing environment, expect to be on your feet throughout the workday. If you possess a strong focus on maintaining established protocols, are consistently punctual, and have a genuine interest in leveraging your expertise to become a Technical Lead supporting equipment set-up, troubleshooting, and maintenance, we would love to hear from you.
Pay Rate, depending on experience is: $23.00 - $36.00 per hour and is eligible for Overtime
Skills Required for Success:
- You should have a good understanding of mechanical concepts and be aware of the importance of safety around equipment and hand and power tools.
- You should be able to work well with others, working with Operators to run parts and performing in-process inspections on their work.
- You should take responsibility for the products you handle during production.
- Your commitment to safety procedures and regulations is crucial for maintaining a safe working environment.
- You should be able to lift up to 35lbs when necessary.
- You should be able to perform in-process inspections using calipers, go-no-go gauges, height gauges, and scales.
- You should be able to be self-sufficient in setting up and operating HAAS and MORI mills.
- You should be punctual and consistent.
- You should be comfortable working in a noisy and active industrial environment.
- Previous experience in the aerospace industry is preferred.
