What We’re Looking For:
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Lead in the Los Angeles, CA area who will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient flow of materials, and verifying the accuracy and quality of inventory. The ideal candidate will have experience operation a forklift, have the ability to understand, verify, and complete complex forms, and be extremely detail oriented. This role will include coordinating with different departments, responsibility for maintaining inventory accuracy, and operating a forklift in a confined space.
The Warehouse Lead will work to establish safe, efficient, and effective procedures for loading, unloading, and dispatching products. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as leading by example in adhering to our company policies.

A hands-on manager, you'll be working closely with your team, demonstrating a commitment to safety and quality in all operational aspects.
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour - Potentially eligible for Overtime
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and products.
- Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Implement and maintain warehouse processes and standards in line with company policies.
- Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in training new employees on warehouse operations and safety protocols.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback to the team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain effective communication with other departments within the organization.
- Be prepared to physical labor, including lifting, loading, and moving materials as necessary.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in using material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Clerical skills, in or outside of a warehouse environment.
- Punctuality and reliability.
