Shift Available:
Night Shift - 6pm-6am

Responsibilities & Requirements:
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must be punctual and reliable
Basic computer knowledge
Good telephone voice and etiquette
Comfortable in a fast pace environment
Communicate effectively with employees and customers
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Multi-tasking and multi-line phone experience a plus, but willing to train the right person. We train our dispatchers to a UL level. We are a leader in the Alarm Industry with a CSAA Five Diamond Central Station certification. Since employees will have access to high security information you must be able to pass a background check and a drug test.
