Job Summary:

 

The General Manager is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the Colorado location and guiding general business strategy. This position is an expert communicator with a strong ability to delegate responsibilities and collaborate across a wide range of departments. The General Manager’s entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with customers, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business goals and objectives. Ultimately, the General Manager is driven by the desire to lead a team toward maximum productivity, efficiency, and success.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 

  • Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of management, departments, and staff.
  • Responsible for maintaining key customer relationships, including handling escalated customer issues as necessary.
  • Creating and implementing strategies for business growth, development, and improvement.
  • Ensuring that departments or units deliver quality offerings to customers.
  • Working closely with managers, executives, and other senior staff to retain customers.
  • Developing new strategies and solutions to exceed customer needs.
  • Improving internal processes for better productivity.
  • Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports.
  • Responsible for managing, understanding, and monitoring the budget and P&L of Colorado operations departments.
  • Work with all levels of management and executives to determine core competencies required for key positions and identify specific resources to ensure acquisition and maintenance of those competencies.
  • Resolve internal conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of those involved.
  • Participate in industry and community events and initiatives to network and stay up to date on trends.
  • Responsible for onsite and field duties as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Education/Experience: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related field is preferred; will consider related work experience 
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience supervising, managing, and leading a team is required.
  • Previous security or alarm industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Previous general or branch management experience is highly preferred.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment
  • In-depth knowledge of their industry
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to gather and analyze information skillfully
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily tasks

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Clear and valid driver’s license is required

Salary : $160,000 - $185,000
