Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Assisting in Customer Service outbound calls.
- Perform clerical duties as needed
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Comfortable using various office equipment (computers, printers, etc.).
