As we expand, We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR/Payroll/Compliance Specialist to manage and oversee our human resources processes, payroll operations, and regulatory compliance. This role ensures that the company adheres to labor laws, processes accurate payroll, and fosters a supportive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Administer employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Payroll:
- Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
- Manage employee benefits, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare relevant reports.
- Address payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Compliance:
- Ensure company adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Stay updated on legal changes and advise management on necessary adjustments.
- Train employees on compliance protocols and promote a culture of integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR, payroll, and compliance roles.
- Proficiency in payroll software and HR management systems.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
