We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician to work at the lead Counselor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health, Substance Use Disorder with a focus on providing support to individuals facing various challenges and dual diagnosis issues. As a Master's Level Clinician, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their healing journey.
Duties
- Conduct individual and group sessions, utilizing techniques such as applied behavior analysis and crisis intervention.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients, ensuring comprehensive care.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote peer support and shared experiences among clients.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records for all counseling sessions in compliance with organizational policies.
- Engage in research to stay updated on best practices in the field of counseling and behavioral health.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in individual group counseling and behavioral health settings.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with crisis intervention strategies and dual diagnosis care is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions.

Pay: $42.00 - $48.00 per hour
