What You Will Be Doing
This position develops, awards, and administers journey-level professional procurement transactions within delegated authority. This position performs a variety of formal and informal procurements including Invitations to Bid (ITB), Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotes (RFQ), Waivers and Request for Alternate Procurements (RAP’s) for the Division in support of statewide facilities maintenance and operations. This position also performs Construction procurements and may also provide procurement assistance/services to all regional Maintenance and Operation Hubs on a statewide basis. The position is also responsible for the regular and timely maintenance and upkeep of the section procurement files.
