CSR - Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.

• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
• Utilize office software and computerized systems for tracking interactions and managing customer accounts.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve issues.
• Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to demonstrate strong telephonic communication skills

Requirements

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Familiarity with office software applications and computerized systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
