Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing methods including social media management, job boards, and networking to attract candidates.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Manage the recruitment process through our Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Engage in HR sourcing activities to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Implement talent management strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Facilitate internal recruiting efforts by promoting job openings within the company.
- Perform cold calling to reach out to potential candidates and gauge interest in available positions.
- Stay informed about employment labor laws to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR teams on onboarding processes and employee integration.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress through the recruitment funnel.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to evaluate candidates effectively.
- Familiarity with recruiting software such as Taleo is preferred.
- Knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and best practices in talent management.
- Experience with internal recruiting processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of employment labor law principles is beneficial.
- Proficiency in using ADP or similar HR management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
