Position Summary: The Optical Frame Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service and assistance to patients in selecting frames and lenses. They are responsible for adjusting and repairing eyeglasses, as well as maintaining a clean and organized optical showroom. Must be a highly detailed person. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday, with training provided for applicants with prior retail, customer service, or sales experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist patients in selecting frames and styling, as well as optical lens options during the sales process.
- Take accurate measurements for eyewear using appropriate optical tools.
- Dispense, adjust, and repair patient eyewear.
- Ensure timely patient call-backs and provide updates on order progress.
- Maintain accurate job orders and complete patient transactions.
- Consult with Optician as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the optical showroom.
