Case Manager in Wasilla for the Behavioral Health Treatment Center. Full and Part Time positions available to provide case management and therapeutic behavioral health services to individuals diagnosed with mental illness or substance abuse in an effort to improve their quality of life and maintain the highest possible ability to function within the community. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field and one year experience in social services or a closely related field.Must be eligible to enroll or currently enrolled as a provider in Alaska Medicaid and receive an NPI number. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with additional related training and two to four years case management experience with adults/children/adolescents.
