Breastfeeding Peer Counselor in Wasilla for the WIC Program. This is a part-time position for a paraprofessional support person who gives basic breastfeeding information and encouragement to WIC pregnant and breastfeeding mothers by telephone, in the office or at hospital visits and is available outside the usual 8 to 5 working schedule. Attends/assists with prenatal classes and breastfeeding support groups. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and six months of successful work experience. Must have recent experience breastfeeding.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 19 per week
