JOB TITLE: Exercise Physiologist
DEPARTMENT: Imaging Services
SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Participate in nuclear medicine and imaging procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Participate in cardiac stress testing in the forms of:
- Exercise Tolerance Test (12-lead EDG only)
- Stress Echocardiogram
- Nuclear Cardiolite Exercise Stress Tests
- Nuclear Cardiolite Pharmacological Stress Tests
- PET Pharmacological Stress Tests
- MRI pharmacological Stress Tests
- Monitor patient 12 lead EKG, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and symptoms during cardiac stress testing
- Interpret EKG’s as well as assess and treat EKG rhythms.
- Prepare post procedural reports for Cardiologists.
PAY RANGE: $25-$40/hr to start (dependent upon experience and education)

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum), or Master’s degree (preferred), in Exercise Physiology or related field.
Experience: Two years of clinical or exercise physiology related experience, training and/or education.
Certificate/License: Current registration for ACSM needed; Current AACVPR preferred; current BLS and ACLS required.
Salary : $25 - $40
