JOB TITLE: CMA, LPN, or RN Primary to Physician/A.P.P. Group
DEPARTMENT: Clinic Services
SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
A nonexempt position that provides professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices and works closely with physician to ensure quality care.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Prepares equipment and aids Physician/A.P.P. during examination, treatment and testing of patients.
- Observes, records and reports patients condition and reaction to treatments, drug testing to providers.
- Maintains and reviews patient records, charts and other pertinent information.
- Documents test results, phone calls, & patient education in accordance with nursing and organization standards.
- Orders medications as prescribed by provider.
- Maintains patient confidentiality.
- Other duties as assigned by supervision.
PAY RANGE: $23-$45 (dependent upon experience and education)
