Certificate/License: Possession of current CMA, Alaska State LPN or Registered Nurse license, and current CPR certification. Current ACLS certification preferred.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Prepares equipment and aids Physician/A.P.P. during examination, treatment and testing of patients.
- Observes, records and reports patient’s condition and reaction to treatments, drug testing to providers.
- Maintains and reviews patient records, charts and other pertinent information.
- Documents test results, phone calls, & patient education in accordance with nursing and organization standards.
- Orders medications as prescribed by provider.
- Maintains patient confidentiality.
- Other duties as assigned by supervision.
