The seasonal Assistant Lodge Manager position runs from May 1st, 2025 - September 30th, 2025. This is for full-time, seasonal employment with an opportunity to extend into the fall and beyond!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Work with the Director of Hospitality to maintain a positive and energetic work atmosphere that supports our cabin and tour guests’ experience
· Oversee our 22 Cabin property
· Oversee the seasonal lodge staff
- Lodge staff have a multifaceted role that includes, but is not limited to:
§ Front Desk/Concierge responsibilities
§ Housekeeping responsibilities
§ Food and Beverage Counter responsibilities
· Work alongside the Kitchen Manager to oversee the Food and Beverage Operations
· Help manage scheduling of employees
· Oversee inventory management and ordering
· Maintain positive relationship with suppliers
· Conflict Resolution
· Team Player
· Customer Service experience
· Remote or seasonal lodge management experience preferred
· Required to obtain ServeSafe Manager Certification
· Required to obtain TAPs certification
Pay: DOE (Depends on Experience)
