iesThe incumbent of this position is expected to spend at least 60 percent of a normal workday on inspection-related tasks. The remaining 40 percent of time may be spent in client management. The incumbent must be able to work with minimal supervision and may work in one of the following programs: Public Housing, Housing Choice Voucher, or Section 8 New Multifamily Housing. Minimum Qualificat
- ionsHigh school diploma or GED plus a minimum of three years’ experience in a property management or administrative/clerical office setting. Office experience must include clerical duties such as typing, filing, and copying. Basic computer experience, including electronic mail, word processing, and document preparation (Word and Excel preferr
- ed).Applicants must be in good physical condition, be able to work and drive in various weather conditions, and complete a pre-employment physical. The access to properties is varied and may include narrow stairwells, ladders, windows above and below grade, crawl spaces, and attics. Physically capable to inspect roofs, attics, crawl spaces, and other demanding areas of propert
