Summary

Supports the organization's recruiting efforts by establishing and maintaining a pool of potential candidates.

Responsibilities

Identifies and targets active or passive candidates that could meet the organization's current and future talent needs.

Proactively source passive candidates through extensive name generation research, relationship building, complex internet searches, existing talent pool database searching, and research

Collaborate with recruiters to create and execute multiple sourcing and recruitment strategies, to include recruitment advertising, web-based job boards, and educational programs, job fairs to identify, build and maintain a database of talent for current and future employment opportunities.

Provide data analytics, research and analysis on competitive intelligence, labor trends, information about the external marketplace including supply and demand reporting.

Develops talent pools and maintains relationships through online or in-person networking.

Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired Maintain talent management and candidate databases

Build a talent database and candidate pool via cold calling, complex internet searches, social media, research, referrals and professional networks while promoting ANTHC brand, mission and vision.

Craft and send effective recruiting emails to generate candidate interest. Refers candidates to recruiters or guides candidates through the application process.

Build and maintain relationships with the hiring managers, internal and external teams in a high-touch recruiting environment

Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Knowledge of Alaska Tribal Health System, ANTHC, and Alaska Native culture(s).
• Skill in operating a personal computer utilizing a variety of applications.
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Management Systems
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in human resources or related field. Progressively responsible professional work experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the college education.

Experience: Non-supervisory - Four (4) years of recruiting or relevant work experience. An equivalent combination of relevant education and/or training may be substituted for experience.

Preferred Experience: Experience with recruiting in IT and Engineering industry.

Preferred Certification: SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
