ANR - Program Manager - Pre-Award/Bid

Description

Alaska Northstar Resources is currently seeking a Program Manager to potentially join our team for a government program that may be awarded in the next 3-6 months.   

The Program Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:  

• Manage all personnel to ensure contract support requirements are maintained throughout contract performance. 
• Manage project schedules and coordinate Contractor activities.
• Coordinate with Contracting Officer (KO)/COR.
• Produce contract reports, plans, agreements, and estimates (i.e., program reviews, GFE, travel, authorization/access, NDAs, security, transition/migration plans, ROMs).
• Identify and communicate issues, risks, and performance impacts to the Government and offer recommendations on how issues/risks should be mitigated to successfully satisfy the requirements.

Requirements

Candidate must be US Citizen

Candidate must have active DoD Secret Clearance at minimum.

Candidate must have an active 8570 IAT Level II certification. 

Candidate must have an active Project Management Professional Certificate (PMP)

Candidate must have a bachelor's degree (OR additional years of experience in lieu of) 

Candidate must have at least 10 years' experience with the following:

• Recent relevant experience in Contract Management and Compliance Management.
• Ability to communicate in both oral and written forms, demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff as well as clients.
• Familiarity with Department of Defense security requirements as applied to their subject matter expertise.
• Working in an Information Technology environment similar in size (or larger) and scope to this award.
• Strong working knowledge of large, complex Information Technology environments.

Work Environment

Office environment. Requires ability to provide clear, concise, accurate and timely communication, both verbally and in writing (100%). Requires ability to interact professionally with co-workers, management, and client (100%). Occasional business travel may be required. Only requested and approved expenses will be covered by ANR.

The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.

Salary : $120,000 - $170,000
