Senior Project Manager- Pacific Northwest or Washington (Ability to travel to Westport, WA required)
Sealink Networks is hiring a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will join a team overseeing a $200 million, multi-year project involving the construction of underground utilities and telecommunications buildings. This role requires extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The project team includes executives, subject matter experts in engineering and permitting, engineering and contract consultants (some with project management experience), but requires a dedicated project manager.
Additionally, the Project Manager may advise or oversee smaller projects within AP&T's telecommunications and power utilities as a secondary duty, as the schedule allows. The Senior Project Manager will help improve project management practices and processes for internal project formulation, estimation, oversight, and execution. Sealink Networks is seeking a long-term employee for this permanent position focused on managing high-profile, important projects.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage meetings with design-build teams, bid contractors, engineering, and other consultants.
- Review and coordinate RFI, RFQ, RFP packages related to projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, permitting agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all permits, safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain high-level project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor and report on contractors, project progress, budget, and timeline.
- Recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage risks and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Help create lean internal project management controls and processes for small projects.
- Maintain accurate records of all project activities, including contracts, design documents, change orders, and progress reports.

The salary range for the position is $110,000.00-$170,000.00 annually and is DOE
