Job Summary And Qualifications
The Infection Prevention Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care by coordinating the activities of the hospital’s Infection Prevention Program and Employee Health Program in compliance with the established policies, procedures and standards of care. The Infection Prevention Manager directs the development, implementation and evaluation of systems and measures goveming the identification, investigation, reporting, prevention, and control of infections and communicable diseases within the hospital, including both nosocomial and community-acquired infections. The Infection Prevention Manager develops educational materials and programs for staff orientation and ongoing training, and serves as the facility liaison for Infection Prevention with division and corporate leadership, as well as local, state, and federal agencies.

- Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or health related field
- Master's Degree in health related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- 2 years of experience in leadership role
- 1 years of experience in Infection Prevention
