Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the customer service team to ensure a smooth, positive client experience from start to finish.
- Manage client interactions with a focus on empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining an approachable and welcoming attitude.
- Act as the point of contact for escalated client concerns, ensuring resolutions are handled promptly and professionally.
- Support the clinic’s daily operations, helping to maintain an organized, efficient environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least four years of customer service experience, with a proven ability to lead or mentor a team.
- A strong communicator with the ability to listen attentively and convey information clearly and effectively.
- Dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Veterinary experience is a bonus but not required. If you’re eager to learn and grow in veterinary care, we’ll provide the training you need.
- A cheerful demeanor, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering top-notch service to both our clients and their pets.
