Job duties will include the following:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Making outbound phone calls
- Scheduling and dispatching technicians in the field
- Preparing work orders
Customer service is a must!
The following skills are required:
- 2 years experience dispatching is mandatory (preferred service business experience)
- Good phone skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Self starter
- Fast learner
- Organized
- Attention to detail
- Team player
- Great customer service skills

Salesforce CRM experience is a bonus!
