Job Responsibilities
- Works the new intakes in the Referrals queue in Perfect Practice
- Validating the referral, identifying duplicates, restarts, multi-liens etc.
- Works the client system and internal case management system to ensure the information is synchronized
- Determines actions needed to board new referrals including, requesting documents via client system, contacting clients and liaisons
- Provides referral related reporting to management.
- Quality Control validation of information received
- Completing all tasks associated with referral onboarding i.e. Strategic default, HUD deadlines, Client system steps, Breach/Demand letter, Post Referral Solicitation letter
- Works closely with IT regarding any Referral queue/client system inconsistencies
- Works the service released loans to obtain new client information and update systems
- Regular contact with clients regarding missing, conflicting information or issues
- Problem-solve and multi-task without sacrificing job quality
- Communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude
Job Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent;
- 2 to 5 years of Foreclosure experience
- Knowledge of Black Knight (LPS), ADR, Tempo and Perfect Practice
- Excellent time management skills
- Must possess the ability to work independently without constant supervision;
- Must work well under pressure and be extremely organized;
- Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, customer service oriented;
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of many software and online applications.
