o Submit I-9s to eVerify.

Main activities
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
o Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
o Submit I-9s to eVerify.
- Employee Relations:
o Track attendance points.
- Compliance and Record Keeping:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
o Performs HRIS data entry.
o Personnel file maintenance
- Training and Development:
Accountability including KPIs
- Assist in recruiting the right mix of workforce and talent for the needs of the business.
- Assist in ensuring the workforce is engaged, talent is retained and the company is identified as a good employer.
- Help foster a safe work environment conducive of good work practices and habits.
- Help ensure labor relation issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Profile (Experience & qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
