UNDERSTANDING
Retail Stock Associates are the behind-the-scenes super stars of the retail store. This position works hard to ensure our shelves are always stocked with the World's Best Confections. In addition, they are responsible for taking accurate physical inventory counts, receiving and putting away product orders from our warehouses and outside vendors, always ensuring FIFO practices are being followed, and maintaining a clean stock room environment. These team members won't stop until the job is done. Supporting a stock room for one of the busiest candy stores in the country is hard work, but it is rewarding.
SCOPE
This team member supports Retail Operations but may also support other departments at the direction of management.
