We are looking for a highly skilled Guidewire Technical Lead to join our team and lead the development of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, particularly the Cloud version, and a proven track record of leading technical projects.
Experience with full implementation cycles of end-to-end P&C insurance domain implementations is a plus. Our ideal Technical Lead has experience supporting policy and standards for Guidewire domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a GW technical Team.
- Experience in development, execution, and monitoring of project plans.
- Optimize existing project plans and deliver project goals on time.
- Defect triaging, estimation, stakeholder management, and application enhancements.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent
- 8 years of experience in Guidewire software (PolicyCenter) working in a software development setting
- 5 years of experience in a Leadership role
- Ace Certification in Guidewire InsuranceSuite and Digital
- Understanding of product models
- Working experience of integrations in Guidewire products(ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter,)
- GuideWire Certified ACE or Certified Professional required
Salary : $160,000 - $180,000
