What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pega Lead System Architect position at Albano Systems, Inc.?
- Have working knowledge of Web Services, Scripting and Automation, familiar with PRPC v8.x and holds Pega certifications as either a Senior System Architect/Lead System Architect and has demonstrable expertise in deploying Pega on prem. Having understanding of cloud environment.
- Has the ability to conduct sessions with the end users to understand the current workflow of the process, to understand and analyze improvement areas which can make the tasks of the end-users easy, proposing the solution changes to client
- Ability to work directly with our business partners, support end users, and have a professional demeanor to contribute
- Collaborate to define implementation design with the Architects and finalize them, considering the various factors to give improved performance to the business users in terms of Data modeling, UI presentation, and overall enhanced system performance
- Based on the requirements, we need to do the configuration and setup like assigning proper roles and users, creating the scripts, schema of Data tables if used, etc. Also, analyze the framework and implementation components so that the framework components can be reused across the different solutions/processes/projects
- Have hands-on implementation knowledge. Create the various rules to implement the design as discussed, following the best practices. Not only trying to achieve the business requirements, but also keeping in mind to ease out the efforts for the end-users.
- Understands and guides team to implement Pega development best practices
- Code Review: Reviewing the code of other developers to check the functionality implementation
- Works with team to align code with Guardrail report suggestions
- Issue Resolution: Analyze the technical and functional issues/defects and figure out the root cause, then provide a solution to fix them
- Experience with defining and implementing Pega CI/CD processes in alignment with enterprise DevOps strategy
- Must have the ability to use Pega DX API features
- Should be able to guide the team in defining and identifying performance issues and tuning – experience working with AES
Minimum Qualifications
8 years of experience with Pega PRPC v.6.x/7.x/8.x
Holds a Pega Lead System Architect certification CLSA
Hands-on experience in Pega 7 & above
Proven knowledge of Pega Cloud
Must have a minimum of 3 years using Pega DX API
Experience in full PRPC implementation cycle, including enterprise Class Structure design and Rule sets design
Design, develop, and configure software systems to meet market and/or client requirements either end-to-end from analysis, design, implementation, and quality assurance (including testing), to delivery and maintenance of the software product or system or for a specific phase of the lifecycle
Proven applied knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a project
Salary : $85 - $100
