The Body Shop at Albany Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is hiring an Automotive Paint Prep Technician /Painter Helper
Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, dissembling, sanding, masking, and priming surfaces
- Basic body repair to include fixing/wiping cracks and dents, sanding etc
- Perform quality repairs while keeping on-time status in mind
- Collaborate with the paint and body team
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications Include:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Paint Prep Technician
- Must be proficient in taping and masking
- Ability to work with various tools and spray equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license
