Benefits
Health and Dental Plans : The District offers 3 Health / Dental Plans with various deductible and co-pays including a $1,500 deductible, $2,500 deductible, and a $3,500 High Deductible Plan (Health Saving Account eligible). Costs for health insurance is shared between ACSD#1 and the employee.
Life Insurance : The District provides a life insurance policy at no cost to the employee, spouse, and dependent children. The employee policy is $20,000, 5,000 for spouse, and $2,500, for children 6 months to 26 years of age.
Wyoming State Retirement : The District pays 15.815% and the employee pays 2.805%
Paid Time Off (PTO) : Depends on job type and ranges
12 Month non-exempt employees earn vacation leave according to years of service.
Qualification for District paid benefits :
20-24.5 hours equals 50% benefits
25 or more equals 100% benefits
